If you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, subject, message, and selected service. The API also records your IP address for abuse prevention and rate limiting. Do not send confidential information or documents through the website.
How information is used
We use contact details to respond to your inquiry, maintain a record of the request, and protect the form from spam and misuse. Contact requests are stored in the application database and may be sent to our email provider for delivery.
Hosting and security
The website is designed for static hosting through Cloudflare Pages. The contact form uses a separate API. Hosting, email, and database providers may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the service. We use HTTPS, input validation, sanitization, and rate limiting. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not currently use analytics cookies or advertising trackers. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security technologies when protecting the site.
Retention and your choices
We retain inquiry information only as long as needed to respond, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. You may ask to access or correct your information by contacting us. Information that must be retained by law may not be deleted on request.
